Key terms you'll encounter across the documentation.

Platform Terms

GHL / GoHighLevel The underlying platform that powers your TechForce AI marketing tools. You access it at AIMarketing.services.TechForceAdvisors.com.

Sub-account Your dedicated GHL workspace — separate from other TechForce clients, containing your contacts, automations, and settings.

Workflow / Automation A sequence of automated actions that trigger based on specific events (e.g., appointment completed → send review request). Do not edit workflows without guidance from TechForce.

Snapshot A pre-built GHL configuration template. TechForce uses snapshots to deploy your product setup consistently into your sub-account.

Contact Any person in your GHL database — leads, current customers, past customers.

Tag A label applied to a contact that controls which automations they enter and how they're segmented. Examples: review-requested, sms-care-consent, franchise-outreach.

Pipeline A visual board showing where contacts are in your sales or engagement process. Contacts move through stages as they interact with your business.

Product Terms

Reputation Engine TechForce's review automation product. Sends review requests, drafts AI responses to reviews, and triggers referral follow-up after 5-star reviews.

Lead Capture & Conversion System An AI chatbot on your website, missed-call text-back, and a 5–7 touch nurture sequence to convert leads who don't respond immediately.

Database Reactivation Engine A campaign that re-engages dormant contacts (past customers, old leads) by importing their information and sending a targeted outreach sequence.

Google Business Profile (GBP) Your Google business listing — the profile that shows up in Google Maps and Google Search. Required for the Reputation Engine.

A2P 10DLC "Application-to-Person, 10-digit long code" — the federal registration required to send business SMS in the US. Your TechForce account is registered; individual client numbers require their own registration.

AI Review Response A draft response to a customer Google review, generated by AI based on the review content and your business name. Requires approval before publishing (or can be set to auto-publish).

Referral Automation An automated SMS sent to customers after they leave a 5-star review, asking if they know anyone who might benefit from your services.

SMS Consent Customers must opt in to receive SMS from your business. Your workflows are built to collect and honor this consent automatically.

Opt-out / Unsubscribe Customers can reply STOP to any SMS to remove themselves from all future messages. This is handled automatically by the platform.

TCPA The Telephone Consumer Protection Act — the US law governing business SMS. Your TechForce setup is designed to comply with TCPA requirements.
