Reading Your Review Dashboard
A quick tour of what each section of the Reputation tab shows and what to do with it.
Are Review Requests Going Out?
Go to Reputation → Requests. You should see entries for recent customers. Each row shows:
- The contact name
- When the request was sent
- Which channel (SMS, email, or both)
- Whether a review was left
If the list is empty or stops updating, something is blocking the workflow — check Review Requests Not Sending.
What Does a "Pending" AI Response Mean?
In the Reviews tab, a review labeled Draft means the AI has written a response but hasn't published it yet. You need to either:
- Approve it — click the review, read the draft, click Publish
- Edit then approve — click Edit, make your changes, click Publish
- Turn on auto-publish — contact TechForce to enable this setting
A review sitting in Draft state for weeks is a missed opportunity. Set a weekly reminder to check your Reputation dashboard and clear the queue.
Seeing All Your Reviews in One Place
The Reputation tab pulls in reviews from your connected Google Business Profile — including reviews that were there before you started with TechForce. This gives you one place to see your full review history without switching between tools.
What the Star Average Reflects
The star average shown in the dashboard matches what's on your live Google Business Profile. It updates as new reviews come in and as older reviews age. The Reputation Engine increases review volume, which over time pulls the average toward your true service quality.
