SMS Template (Default)

What Makes These Compliant

  • The Google review link is offered directly and unconditionally — no sentiment question first
  • The direct contact option is positioned as an additional resource, not a replacement for the Google link
  • Every customer gets the same message regardless of their satisfaction

Phrases to Avoid

These phrases create implied gating and should not appear in your review request workflow:
