Your Review Dashboard
The Reputation tab in your GHL portal is your central view for everything the Reputation Engine manages.
Finding the Reputation Tab
Log into your portal at AIMarketing.services.TechForceAdvisors.com, then click Reputation in the left sidebar.
What You'll See
Reviews Tab
All Google reviews from your connected Google Business Profile appear here — both old reviews (pulled in at setup) and new ones as they come in. For each review you can see:
- Star rating and review text
- Date left
- AI response status: Draft, Approved, or Published
- A button to view and edit the AI draft before approving
Requests Tab
A log of every review request sent — who received it, when, via which channel (SMS or email), and whether they left a review. Use this to:
- Confirm requests are going out after appointments
- See which customers haven't responded (no action required — the system handles timing)
- Identify any delivery failures
Settings
Controls for AI response tone and auto-publish behavior. These are pre-configured by TechForce. Contact us before making changes.
Key Numbers to Watch
| Metric | What It Means |

| Total reviews | Your cumulative Google review count |
| Average rating | Current star average on your GBP |
| Requests sent (30 days) | How many customers were asked for a review |
| Response rate | What % of requests resulted in a review |
| AI response rate | What % of reviews have a published AI response |
A healthy response rate from review requests is typically 10–20%. If yours is below 5%, check that SMS is active and consent is being collected — see Troubleshooting.
